Ask HN: Anyone else seeing GSheets break on-the-fly filters?

appears Google is removing the ability to do on-the-fly filters and forcing us to create filter views or their new "slicer", both of which are extremely clunky for many filter use cases

also -- appears to be on account-by-account basis, as some of our sheets have OG filters removed from menu and is still present in other gsheets on other accounts even after reload --

all accounts are getting the slicer added, just that they're selectively removing filters at the moment -- just ugh, as probably most common feature used in gsheets
