By the way, most of this doesn't require 5G. A lot of these sensing technologies have been prototyped in the 1 GHz - 5.4 GHz range, e.g. with WiFi and 4G.

But 5G infrastructure offers a lot more resolution because of both multiple incorporated frequency bands and shorter wavelengths at the highest end of the allocated spectrum.
