Modern heat pump systems use water around 30-40C, and make up for the lower temperature with massive radiators or underfloor heating (which is in effect a radiator the size of the floor).
There are a lot of heat pumps on the market that can produce hotter water. For example, a popular Rheem model heats to 145 F / 62 C:
