I hired content writers from 17 different websites, and most were scammers

Does this imply that there's an actual market for real content writers? It doesn't surprise me that there are a lot of scammers, but I also wouldn't have thought that there was a lot of demand for "please just write something for me".

That actually sounds like a fun job, though I'm sure it's tedious. He spent $600 to get a 2k word article... a thing that would likely take me perhaps 2-4 hours to create to be genuinely worth reading. Is there actually a career path there?
