Doctors fear health care collapse amid omicron surge

I wonder if any scheduling systems or software can take that into account and try to arrange things so the health providers who have to work while they themselves have COVID are only dealing with patients that also have COVID, so that patients who do not have COVID aren't getting it from the doctors or nurses?
