That feels very bubble like. What I set up will be what I see, and I will only see things I've sort of pre-approved before. The concierges will be in charge of what I see. That scares the heck out of me.
It will be bubble-like, but design. You'll see content from the communities that you belong to and that matter to you. However, it's not just specific types of content you see, but also content that those you trust see and share. The concierge would not be some third party platform, but a semi-autonomous software agent that you control. There are downsides to this system..you won't get the occasional gem discovered on the Internet that clues you into a new interest, unless someone you trust has that interest and shares it or you go looking for info on that interest. There are many upsides though, including not seeing hate speech and the Mesh not being supported by ad revenue. This would eliminate the ad-based business model (which means there would be some very big players against it, of course).
