I thought it would be good to expand on the discussion on ethics in code & design brought up in the Peter Norton thread. Mike definitely has strong opinions on the matter, and strong opinions are always a good conversation starter. That said he illustrates quite well that "bad design gets people killed" is not an opinion but a fact.
