There is a various and dangerous trend of people, some of whom are medical professionals, trying to insinuate that obesity isn't the problem some say it is. Worse is trying to enforce (it's certainly not just promotion) a completely impossible view of what others find attractive. Given the author's other work i find this commentary problematic, and more a window into their personal problems than anything else.
