being from the UK, I have used either zee or zed all my life

Also from the UK, I've never heard a Brit say "zee" (unless quoting an American or talking about Jay-Z)

the area I'm from also uses the word underpants to mean knickers/ underwear

and pants to mean trousers / slacks

seems to confuse a lot of south east people
