Has Microsoft messed up your kids Minecraft accouint this week?

My wife and daughter used the same email address for separate Mojang/Minecraft identities, and the Microsoft merge they were forced to do this week mixed them together somehow.

They finally got a "people" response from Microsoft support today about it; explaining that apparently all 3 of our family accounts are now just the one.

Anyone else having problems with this migration or have suggestions for pulling the camel's tail here?
