The biggest change will come from the individual DIMM chips going up to 256 GBs. Samsung has made DDR5 SDRAM up to 512GB per stick, but as per industry reports - they are datacenter-oriented SKUs. Notably, with higher speeds @ 6000~7200Mhz, this performance will be a few multiples more than DDR4. The only thing to keep a watch might be power draw & heating.
