Afaik not many/any of the decentralized self-certifying options- non block chain options- have cross-certifying. How can I sign my friend's identity & publish that? There's a bunch of content replicators... but i feel like the identify/certification layer needs special handling, needs wider replication; it's such a bse layer below the content itself.
Perhaps the actual mechanics/replication could be handled as just more content, maybe, but there should be management/admin handling to help wrangle the certificate layer.
