Ask HN: Philanthropic DAO
It seems non-profit organizations are terribly inefficient at capital allocation, wouldn’t it make more sense to connect donors with beneficiaries directly using a DAO that voted on fund allocation and sent funds directly to recipients with virtually no centralized authority or compensation?
