There is too much noise in this data to conclude anything. When I google denmark covid cases and hospitalizations, the trend is increasing for both around the same time.

However, the ratio between hospitalization trends and infection trends is lower than for past waves, but by a smaller factor than your cherrypicked datapoint would suggest.

In the google graph deaths are stable or decreasing slightly in the past week. Its hospialisations are a week old, and the latest data from this article sas they are actually reducing.

The giant UK study found it's 6x less severe outcomes per case.
