One of my colleagues is a 10x high performer.

Management always compares each team member with the high performer. Is there a way to "survive" in such a team? How can I create enough value in such an environment? What is the best way to show that I'am also doing good work?

i would rather say, such comparison builds bad team dynamics. The is more of a management problem when it compares the team members like this. Whole team should have a shared vision of the goal not just the 10x performers. Sit with the management and talk.

no one but you is an expert in your domain in your particular context. close tickets like a madman, document everything.
