Another way to phrase the data is that boomers are responsible for all the job opportunities.

I am not sure about this. If you look at jobs available, they are the jobs everyone walked away from, and sales positions.

Did any of you notice all the 'boomers' were missing at work in your technology departments?

This could be an effect of age discrimination by HR departments.
