Mercedes EQS did what they could with the standard shape optimizing for CX

Tesla is honestly embarassing as far as aesthetics . Both interior and esterior look so empty . They lack lines and surfaces in and out of the car...then they tried to recoup all the lack of lines and surfaces with the CypherTruck which looks like 2 or 3 boxy Volvo saloons from the 90s stacked on top of each other.

Personally, I find the Tesla model 3 to have one of the best looking exteriors, especially with the new black trim. What you call empty, I'd call clean. I guess Franz von Holzhausen's design sensibilities align with mine.

I kind of find the minimalist interiors most enjoyable and refreshing. I’ve driven cars that, in comparison, look like a Concorde cockpit and that’s not a design win.
