Ask HN: Are there any developers looking for a job?

Hi everyone! I need someone to build a web application for me. The application will involve a sign up for restaurants, paying for one of two plans with PayPal, and then a number being generated that employees can text orders to. When the orders come in, they are streamed in as separate sections, like tweets that are shown. The chefs or bartenders would then be able to press a button that would send a notification text to waiter or waitress's phone saying the order is ready. The payments plans would be recurring charges. I'm on a budget of $750. Email yumorder.jack@gmail.com for more details if interested! Thanks!
