I don't get the obsession with Musk, neither positive or negative. He's doing significant things as far as being an industrialist goes. I think that's hard to deny. He's also an annoying personality and has a history of poor ethical decisions, which again is hard to deny. All of this taken together makes him, to me, a fairly interesting character. But that's all. So where does this passion come from? Where does the adoration come in, and the hate? To me, the emotions around Musk are way, way out of line with his impact in my life or the world at large.
