Organizations Will Abandon Native Mobile Apps in Favor of Messaging by 2025

So Doordash, Amazon or Deliveroo or Wells Fargo will abandon their native mobile app to use FB messenger or Whatsapp??? This seems like their famous prediction that Apple should quit the hardware business.

This reminds of the prediction that the mobile web and HTML5 would kill native mobile apps as well.
