Documents link Huawei to China’s surveillance programs

It's in French but really interesting, especially the Nortel segment.

The fact that these slides are dated 2017, and the company is flatly denying any knowledge of these slides published on their own website in tandem with the government, implies these technologies are all in production and now mature.
