Biden will sign an executive order to move all government services online

let’s see which of google, microsoft, amazon, ibm, etc. are going to be trust into those online services as an unoptoutable 3rd party. not only will these companies get a firehose of personal information on most residents/visitors, in exchange, this makes it much easier for the federal government to request the data back from them conveniently combined with other 3rd-party data (like location or call records) that might otherwise bring unwanted public scrutiny with it.

"Americans will be able to renew their passports securely online, saving time from having to wait and the effort and cost required to print, go to a post office, and use a paper check. This new online process will be done with safety and security."

Would've saved me a lot of headache this past summer, but glad to see it regardless!

Hopefully these won’t be boondoggles like the launch of healthcare.gov
