Hello HN!

Since the secret of success is found in our daily routine so we will never change our life until we change something we do daily. Keeping this in view, I have come up with the product Momentum that helps you to build good habits, break bad ones, reach your goals and keep motivated with streaks and charts, All on Notion.

it has a unique integration that doesn't exist in Notion which is synced charts and heat maps that will enable you to have a visual representation of your progress and stay motivated using charts that are synced in real-time with Notion tables.

I would love to hear your feedback and see what you create!
