Pretty famous court that is very popular choice by rights owners. You can forget about getting any sensible justice here. It has created whole new industries for warning letters.
Many people currently look at the state and want it to be more powerful. But Germany actually does have quite a few problems with corruption. This is not, but a similarly parasitic industry that serves no immediate purpose aside from getting cases to lawyers that can win quite a sum.
It is technically moronic to serve DNS-blocks of course. My provider does it, so I would recommend anyone in Germany to use another server, but sadly not 9.9.9.9 anymore...
