Sheldon Whitehouse fighting to end the dark money plaguing the Supreme Court

RTA. Apparently groups deciding to look for citizens whose jurisprudence they agree with and then promote them is a big problem.

Who would have thought? We should prevent citizens from this insidious behavior. Perhaps judges and potential nominees should remain anonymous until Congress has voted for us.

Wow if only the very serious Senator from Rhode Island had asked Brett Kavanaugh about this instead of fart humor from his high school yearbook.
