Show HN: Yearly Faves – a dead-simple way to showcase and share your fave books

Hi! I've kept a reading journal for each year in the past decade, and this year I decided to move to the digital realm... so I've made a dead-simple website where you can submit your favorite books (or albums!) of any year at a Google Form, then our team will turn it into your personal Yearly Faves page.

I'll be seeding this with famous readers (yearly-faves.com/oprah) and there's an index of all the folks who have submitted: yearly-faves.com/everyone!
