Help Recovering Gmail Account?

I stopped using my main gmail account of about 15 years a couple years ago. A couple months ago I regained access but I seem to have forgotten the password since then.

Whereas a couple of months ago "try another way" worked to recover the account now it does not. I am met with a password prompt and an obfuscated text captcha. I don't have any option to recover via phone number or another account. What the heck is this?
