"Clean energy" always has it's drawbacks. TIL the issues with the Yucca Mountain Range Nuclear Waste Repository is still being disputed in the state of Nevada.
Unpopular opinion, but using the border would kill at least two birds with one stone. Further federal security funds must be spent to protect it so why not reduce the surface area of protected areas.
