This looks to be (based on the very cryptic documentation which references other vendor software) a way of "modernizing" Z System software to run in AWS. They reference a "Mainframe Modernization Runtime" which recompiles mainframe software and runs it inside a EC2 instance, but nothing about what composes the runtime.
I wonder how automated this really is. There's a lot more references to consultants and "partners" than other AWS services.
