In the Beginning Was the Command Line

Searching "About twenty years ago Jobs and Wozniak, the founders of Apple, came up with the very strange idea of selling information processing machines for use in the home." provides a few online versions, in addition to the original from Archive.org

I wish searching "Stay away from my house, you freak!" would work just as well to find archived versions.

Why are folks posting old wikipedia articles to HN? I don't get it?

because the source material is not available as a link anymore, only through archive.org.

So the wikipedia page was the only alternative I could think of (instead of random github copy or a website link that might die)

I thought about the article while reading "Command palettes"
