Yeah when I was an ITSM consultant. ServiceNow uses JS extensively. Those were the ECMA 4 and ECMA 5 times to be honest though. I guess a lot has changed since then.
Unfortunately not a lot has changed since then in ServiceNow’s JavaScript situation. Still stuck on ES5 Rhino.
