Show HN: Giving a 2D grid a 3D look – part 2

Hello there good people, the other [1] day I was here sharing a "cool" "3D" effect using a 2D grid.

For the second part of this effect, I've decided to fill each square and color them by their "height", giving it the look of a mesh instead of wire frames.
