If you fork it you can program it in the IDE including writing C and ASM programs.
But it’s a good idea — will make it a template!
I would want to see it as a top level "language" where your files show up on the left and are accessible using disk commands in the environment. Running something would execute the commands to load and run on the C64 emulator, etc.
