Can I Be Hacked?
My father in law from China came and plug in a TV device to the home wifi.
I work in Big Tech remotely, should I be worried. Remote device is an Android box for streaming channels
In the previous company I worked for we provided alternative laptops when traveled to China, as it is enough to connect to a hot spot to get infected.
With that said, if your father in law has other devices, worth connecting them to the guest network as well.
Better yet, run a separate network device and VLAN for untrusted devices.
