Ask HN: What's the minimum resolution my app should work on?

Hey HN,

I am building the app for iOS and Android and I want to ensure it works well for most of the people. This includes people with smaller phones such as iPhone SE (1st gen) and Android equivalent.

But I cannot figure out what is the Android equivalent? (just spent 2 hrs researching without good answer) What is the minimum resolution I should be designing for if let's say we want to support almost all the phones released in last 5 years (SE 1st gen was released in 2016).

Android studio still gives you the option to select Nexus One (320 x 533), but that was released in 2010, ideally I don't want to limit myself as much.

What is you recommendation?
