You most likely already know about the Pomodoro technique. To summarize, it's a productivity technique where you use a timer to work exclusively on a specific task for 25 minutes before taking a 5 minutes break. After four rounds you can take a 15 minutes break. This technique is great for beating procrastination and getting work done!
With PomoPlanner, you can plan your days and add the tasks you want to complete for any given day, it's a daily planner.
The tasks are separated into main task, secondary tasks and additional tasks. This is useful to keep focus on the important things you need to accomplish that day since we sometimes have a tendency to work on easier but less important tasks. For each task, you can set the target number of pomodoros and whenever you complete a pomodoro for that task using the timer, the completed pomodoros counter increments.
On top of that you can also plan mini tasks which are small tasks you have to accomplish on a given day. These tasks can usually be done under five minutes and include things like making a small call, paying the rent and more...
Finally, PomoPlanner also allows you to track physical exercise but also to stay mindful about things that you're grateful about, things you've learned and take extra notes.
PomoPlanner also has an extra tab for a general purpose todo-list.
PomoPlanner is available for free and works on desktop but also on mobile devices as a progressive web-app.
You can register and create an account which will allow you to sync your tasks across multiple devices.
On a side note (#nocode): PomoPlanner was built entirely in No-Code meaning that not a single line of code was written to build it. That's thanks to https://Sktch.io, another project that I've built. The entire interface was built visually and the functional part of the app was built with Sktch.io's visual programming tool.
I hope you'll find PomoPlanner.app useful and that it'll boost your productivity.
