Google delaying Cloudflare DNS resolved requests?

Lately I began noticing that sometimes I get really slow / unsuable connections to google. When I change my DNS from cloudflare -> google's), it's fast again. It seems that the IP

Has anybody experienced the same?

Right now I'm getting 142.250.102.113 vs 142.251.36.46

Also I get 142.250.102.147 as a response. Now, if I try out the IP addresses I sometimes get (using 3 different connections / servers), I get:

  curl -H "Host: www.google.com"  http://142.250.102.147
  curl: (7) Failed to connect to 142.250.102.147 port 80: 
  Connection refused

Same for https by the way.

Google seems to do evil things again...
