Can someone unpack that? That is, there were trials. There's data. Etc. Why is "little known"?

Granted, trials are not full roll out? But "little is known" sounds like a dice roll.

Grapefruit juice might also mess things up due to interfering with CYP enzymes as well. Probably have to be a little careful, but then there’s lots of interactions that can cause problems.
