Show HN: Background.webcam – mentor new hires remotely in real-time

Dear colleagues, I am very excited to present to you a new application that I have developed in my spare time.

The app is called Background. This app provides a background video connection with colleagues.

It creates a sense of privacy, so you can leave the video turned on and work close to each other.

You can use it to mentor new hires remotely in real-time, build trust with them, and keep your team close.

I have developed this app because I love remote work.

Asynchronous remote work is great. But it feels lonely and complicated to work this way.

This app is intended to fill the gap and introduce a real-time mutual video connection that would bring teammates closer.
