That said, these votes are entirely nonbinding, there are advisory votes have failed by a larger percentage and still been mantained[1], and frankly Democrats don't really care what voters have to say on these questions anyways (partially because they know they won't be punished for ignoring it and partially because the reason these advisory votes even exist is due to a certain notorious referendumeer that many in this state, paritcularly on that side of the aisle, consider an out and out troll[2]).
