It was kind of him to offer these types of hints for me, a speaker of American English. But honestly after listening to the audio clip, I still have no idea how "Guido" is pronounced in Dutch :)

Still pretty cool so, like any normal person would do, I decided to tweet about it. I opened Twitter and the first tweet on my feed was also from GvR. It simply read, "What a waste of time".
This happened around the time of the first debate for last year's US Presidential Elections. Make what you will of the fact. :)
I was actually surprised to see that Vint Cerf had (before he moved to Google) a pretty modern site, but it was explained to me that it was a standard headliner page for his company (I can't remember which -it was a while ago. Maybe MCI?).
