Steve Yegge: Notes from the Mystery Machine Bus (2012)

I thought this was incredibly important & revelatory at the time, & then it kind of fell out of view.

But for the past ~6 years it's been an incredibly defining, clear dimension to assess myself, people around me, attitudes of the world. I'd never heard anyone talk the different places we come from when we think about work & quality & objectives like this, and it really helped give me much more perspective reading this.
