With Mesh for Teams, Microsoft plans to bring 3D workspaces to remote workers

Good grief. Teams STILL sucks compared to Slack and instead of focusing on important things Microsoft is going to give me a '3D workspace'. Brilliant.

So when does Slack get a 3D mode?

Jeez I hope this is optional.

Too late. Teams has shown that optional features will become mandatory.
