Is the interesting thing here that revenue going down or is there something else I'm missing?

2022Q1 Actuals seem to be reported, which would seem impossible to know in November 2021

It says FY2022, which would make it the current fiscal year: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiscal_year#United_States.

That would still make it the current quarter though, so they can't know the results until after it ends.
