If you don’t have anything interesting to say daily then how often would a stand up occur ? Biweekly? Weekly?

Also see you working on one large project or a bunch of small projects ?

Ideally as close to never as possible. Just have meetings with people you are working on on an as needed basis.

Once a week is fine.
