I think there is something else going on. Before I moved I checked the address I was moving to and Starlink was available. After moving it is not available until the "middle of 2022".

Why would you do that... you should be all set when they have your address?
Starlink is awaiting FCC approval required for it to be considered a mobile service, and until then, it's supposed to operate from a fixed location. That doesn't mean this automated pre-order system should behave this way--we're just talking about moving a future installation, not having it be mobile once installed. But if Starlink is asking people to verify/update their location, it should behave in a more user-friendly way.
