FDA Authorizes Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 Vaccine for Emergency Use in Children

Any sources? Because as I understood it when this last raised its head, the additional cases were barely above background, had low incidence of any noticeable symptoms, primarily in boys, almost all after the second shot, and evidence was suggesting it was possibly caused by hitting veins rather than muscle (and so could be reduced by doing a draw).

Would be interested if the evidence has changed but as it stood last time I looked at the numbers with the almost inevitability of infection in the medium term to me there was a clear incentive to vaccinate.

As I understood it 2-5yo (and then 6m+ but I can't recall if that was the same trial and timeline) were expected a few weeks after 5+.

So hopefully late November at latest. I presume you're asking as a parent of a three year old so fingers crossed you get an option soon.
