The mandates are not necessary anymore, certainly not in America or in Australia. The reason I say that is because the number of people with antibodies which prevent reinfection or most breakthrough cases, is now in major excess of what Fauci and other public servants have been saying would achieve endemic covid / herd immunity for the last year. So for children, keep it optional if someone wants to give it to their child. Mandates would be suspect.
