Facebook has known it has a human trafficking problem for years

Facebook ostensibly has more users than there are people from 20 to 39 on the planet.

So I think it's safe to say

a) Facebook has, and knows it has, an <X> problem, for all <X>, and;

b) Facebook has enough influence on <X> to be plausibly blamed for not fixing it, for all <X>.

Another way to look at the size of Facebook is, if you assumed that it represents the highest income 1/3rd of the world, the 66th percentile globally is around $6000 per person per year.

Another other way is that it's like ~9 times the size of the US.
