If you don't have much work experience and your employer is paying for classes, by all means take them. It won't hurt, your resume will have more content and you might learn some obscure things. Ever so often
admittedly rare a company will have a customer or regulatory requirement to have {n} people certified in a thing.
If you have a lot of work experience, then it won't really do anything for a CV. The RHCE will give you a week away from work and the class is mostly hands-on. It is not boring at all. If your employer is paying for this, then I would do it if for no other reason to take a break from the normal work queues and meet some people, assuming they still do this in person and in a classroom.
